POLICE are investigating after a fox was reportedly killed in the Lake District.
A Cumbria Constabulary spokesman said the incident was said to have occurred on Glenridding Common.
Police have now launched an investigation.
The constabulary spokesman said: "The incident is reported to have occurred at around 1pm on Friday, October 9, 2020."
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 and ask for PC 2174 Woolley. Alternatively, people can email 101@cumbria.police.uk or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
