SHUT: Rating Lane in Barrow is scheduled to be closed
A CLOSURE is set to be put in place on a major road in Barrow.
Rating Lane in Barrow will be closed for 19 days whilst urgent carriageway patching works are carried out.
Works were originally scheduled to take place in April but have been postponed to later this month.
The road is set to be shut from October 26 until November 13.
Alternative routes will be made available via Flass lane, Bridgegate Avenue, Park Drive, Abbey Road and the unrestricted section of Rating Lane.
