Cumbria Police are appealing for information
CUMBRIA Police are investigating an incident where criminal damage occurred to a sign which was tied to railings outside Windermere Library.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 11pm and 11:30pm on September 16. The suspect is described as white, 40-50 years of age with a balding head and carrying what appeared to be a bundle of posters.
