SENTENCING: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
AN Ulverston man has been fined and has had his license taken off him after he admitted a drug driving charge.
Kieran Vernon, 19, of Oakwood Drive, Ulverston, previously denied a total of four charges against him.
Three were dismissed, but on Thursday he admitted to driving while over the drug drive limit.
The court heard how he drove on the A590 in Ulverston last year, while was over the drug drive limit for cannabis.
He was banned for 12 months and fined £260.
