Our rummage in the picture archives has come up with these views from an open day at St Joseph's RC School in Workington. They speak of attitudes of the time (the girls in a fashion show and in the domestic science room, the boys in the science lab and workshops) but they also offer a chance to wallow in a bit of nostalgia – perhaps you recognise yourself or a long-forgotten friend? Share your memories!
