Here we celebrate the extra special arrivals - many of whom come into the world at the South Lakes Birthing Centre at Furness General Hospital.

SLEEPY: Here’s Sonny Anthony Bown on his first day at home. He was born on July 13 , weighing 7lb 14oz, joining mum Rachel Shaw, dad Mark Bown and older sister Grace

Cahira Joy Purcell was born on July 23 at South Lakes Birth Centre to mum Katherine Atkinson and and dad Chris Purcell, becoming a sister for Bradley, Paige, grace, Conor, Ethan, Payton and Cara.

LOVELY EYES: Little Luke James Fittes came into the world on July 19, weighing 7lb 10oz, to mum Chelsea, dad Chris and older brother Jake

SNUGGLED: Poppy Sheila Warner is a first child for parents Ani Heron and Liam Warner of Princes Street, Ulverston. She came into the world on July 14, weighing 7lb 5oz.

CUTE: Jonah Vincent Smith was born on June 18 weighing 6lb 15oz to parents Sharna Cairns and Luke Smith, becoming a little brother to a proud big sister in Mia Grace Smith.
