A MAN is due to appear in court accused of defrauding another man of £47,000.
Andrew Hogg, 43, will face South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on August 3 after being charged with fraud by abusing his position of power of attorney for Peter Hogg.
The defendant, of New Cross Walk in Sheffield, is said to have committed the offence in Ulverston between June 2010 and January 2018.
