GUILTY: was found guilty at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A DRINK driver has been banned from the road for 17 months.
Ryan Nightingale pleaded guilty to driving while over the legal limit when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court in Barrow.
The court heard the 23-year-old had 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on the A591 near Brettargh Holt on June 26, over the limit of 35.
Nightingale, of Appleby Road in Kendal, was fined £276.
