South Cumbria Magistrates' Court at Barrow.
A MAN pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman and damaging her phone.
Christopher Simon Langley, 43, of Sandside in Kirkby, admitted that he assaulted her on March 24 and 31 and damaged her phone on April 10 when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £700 for the offences.
