Police are investigating a report of dangerous driving after a vehicle was allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road with the passenger door open.
Offers are investigating a report that a red Honda Civic has been driven in a dangerous and erratic manner, forcing a vehicle to make an emergency stop to avoid a collision and driving very close to two cyclists.
The incident took place between Windermere and Langdale on June 15,
It is believed that the vehicle stopped outside a property somewhere in Windermere where an argument between the occupants may have been witnessed by residents in their gardens.
The driver and passenger were described as a man and woman aged approximately 40.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact PC Hays on 101, quoting incident number 148 of June 20.
