A MILLOM theatre manager has been given thorough praise from the High Sheriff of Cumbria.
The High Sheriff of Cumbria Julie Barton, met with Jakki Moore virtually to discuss the interaction of youth and theatre. She said: "I was impressed by the way they tackle difficult subjects through drama, such as bullying and isolation.
"Drama can so help build confidence, help people make friends and develop so many transferable skills.
"Good luck to Jakki as she plans and prepares for reopening. She certainly has a lot of exciting and creative ideas."
