NEW BOSSES: The Fulling Mill in Ambleside
BOSSES of a group of popular Lakes restaurants and bars have acquired their latest venue during the lockdown.
Alex Mauro and Colin Monk, owners of High Spirits Leisure Group, have taken over the lease of Grade II listed building The Fulling Mill in Ambleside.
The pair also run The Flying Pig, Caffe Riva, and The Arts Bar & Grill in Bowness, The Yewdale Inn and Enzo’s in Coniston, The Flying Fleece in Ambleside and the Howbeck Retreat, a luxury hotel in Windermere.
The Fulling Mill will be ready to open by July 4.
