NOMINATIONS for The High Sheriff of Cumbria's new Special Recognition Award have flooded in - but it's not too late to get involved.
The High Sheriff of Cumbria Julie Barton launched the new award to honour volunteers and individuals who have been going above and beyond in their work and given outstanding support to others during the Covid-19 pandemic.
A number of selfless volunteers have already been awarded - but the closing date for further nominations is July 31.
The nomination form is available to download from www.highsheriffofcumbria.co.uk/contact-high-sheriff/ or upon request via the postal address below.
