INVESTIGATION: 'Boat theft'
THE report of the theft of an Avon boat from a South Lakeland caravan site is being investigated by Police.
A Cumbria Constabulary spokesman said the boat, as well as 'a Yamaha motor and a galvanised trailer', were taken from the Strawberry Gardens caravan site, near Far Sawrey, between May 23 and May 25.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC 2596 on 101, to email 101@cumbria.police.uk or to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log 56 of May 28, 2020.
