A BARROW man has admitted breaching bail conditions after being charged with assault.
Luke Marshall, of School Street, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
The 42-year-old admitted breaching bail conditions on Tuesday while on bail for assault.
He has been charged with assaulting Zoe Coates in Bolton on February 15.
Marshal, who was represented in court by duty solicitor Karen Templeton, was granted conditional bail.
He is next due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on July 2.
