POLICE have reminded visitors to stick to the rules when going out in the Lakes.
Cumbria Roads Police shared some pictures of visitors yesterday as the county enjoyed wall-to-wall sunshine.
The roads policing team said on Twitter: "Sunny day, evening off. Tempting. But you can’t. Rules is rules.
"You may meet only one person from another household. These groups at Kirkby Lonsdale were understanding and moved on after a bit of engagement. Stay the course, let’s beat this sucker!"
