The company, based on Park Road, has been facing an ongoing increased demand on its Andrex and Kleenex products, and is now look to recruit temporary manufacturing team members to support their operation.
A spokesman for Kimberly-Clark said: “Kimberly-Clark in Barrow is increasing its permanent workforce to support the multi-million pound investment in our manufacturing operations announced in March 2019.
“We are also recruiting for temporary roles to not only support our permanent employees who are involved in the investment planning, but also as part of our business continuity plans in response to the coronavirus situation.
“Both our permanent and temporary employees at Barrow are given an allocation of free product as well as discounted product.”
The temporary three month positions, when awarded, will be an immediate start.
Applicants must hold four GCSE qualifications, which must include the subjects English and mathematics.
