STAFF at Tesco in Barrow have been praised for doing 'an amazing job'.
A Twitter user congratulated the busy workforce at the Extra store at Cornerhouse Retail Park.
He applauded the employees' 'efforts and professionalism' during the coronavirus pandemic which has seen a huge increase in demand and customer numbers.
He said: "Ive just been to Tesco in Barrow-in-Furness.
"Staff doing an absolutely amazing job and should be applauded for their efforts and professionalism at this time."
Another Twitter user added: "I just want to say thank you to #Tesco Extra in Barrow-in-Furness today (I think it was one of the supervisors) for her patience and understanding when we couldn't go in one at a time as I had someone with me with both physical & mental disabilities."
