CHEERS, clapping and fireworks were heard across Dalton tonight as part of a nationwide show of support for the NHS.
Residents joined forces on the doorstep to applaud the incredible work being put in by the emergency services in a bid to keep us safe amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Airhorns, hoots and fireworks were also heard as the town stood in solidarity against the disease.
