A MAN from Ulverston has been disqualified for 38 months after he pleaded guilty to drink driving.
Martyn Delves crashed his Ford Fiesta off the A590 near the Greenodd Roundabout on February 4 this year, South Cumbria Magistrates’ court heard.
A breathalyser test found the 52-year-old had 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
The Hart Street resident was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work in the next year and charged £175 in court costs.
