Cumbria’s police and crime commissioner Peter McCalL and chief constable Michelle Skeer will be hosting a drop-in session today.
The duo want to hear your views about any policing concerns and will be in Millom Library, St George’s Road, from 1.30pm to 3pm today.
The commissioner and chief constable will also be out earlier on in the day with the proactive team on a ‘walk-about’ and hear local people’s views, opinions and issues that are important to them.
“Millom is an isolated community but crime still takes place in the town so we need the public to raise these issues with us so that the police can do something about it," said Mr McCall.
Chief constable Michelle Skeer said: “A core role for policing is to listen to, understand and work with the communities we serve."
