GUILTY: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A MAN from Greenodd has admitted failing to insure his vehicle.
Kevin Frank Clarkson, of Greenodd, pleaded guilty to having a Peugeot but failing to meet the requirements of the Road Traffic Act.
Clarkson admitted the offence when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The offence had originally been proven in his absence but magistrates reopened the case after Clarkson made a statutory declaration confirming he had not received the notification.
Clarkson was fined £192 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and £100 costs.
