A BARROW dad has been given a curfew after failing to ensure his daughter attends school.
The 47-year-old admitted failing to attend community work appointments after being sentenced for the offence when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Monday January 27.
He was resentenced for the offence of failing to ensure his child attended Furness Academy between 2017 and 2018.
He was given a 45-day curfew requiring him to remain at home between 5pm and 7am and ordered to pay £50 costs.
