Over 25 exhibitors will be making an appearance from across the South Lakes that are looking to make your special day as beautiful as you can imagine.

Kids go free and adults are £12.

Kick off is at 1.30pm at the Matt Johnson Prestige Stadium, Barrow.

3 Have you got a train enthusiast in the family?

The Kendal Model Railway Exhibition 2020 will be at Kendal Leisure Centre this weekend.

The exhibition will be on from 10am-5pm Saturday and 1am-4.30pm Sunday.

Tickets cost £6 for adults, £3 for children aged six-16 and under five's free.

Concessions are £5 whilst family tickets are £16.

4 Celebrate Burns Night at Trinity Church Cenrte, Barrow on Friday.

The church is holding a quiz night complete with Scottish food and prizes.

Burns Night is a celebration of the life and poetry of Robert Burns.

The event is £5 entry and starts at 6pm.

5 Hawcoat Park Tennis Section is hosting a quiz night at Hawcoat Park, Barrow.

The 'Twenty Twenty Quiz Night' is being held in aid of Furness Animal Welfare.

Entry is £5 per team with a maximum of four people per team.

The event will start at 7.30pm and end at 10.30pm.

6 Support the Firecrackers as they take on the Black Thunders in a roller derby match not to be missed.

Last year the Firecrackers travelled to Madrid to face off against the Black Thunders.

First whistle will be at 2pm on Saturday at Chetwynde School, Barrow.

Adult tickets cost £4 and concessions £2.

7 This month's Verbalise event at the Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal, will be held on Saturday.

Verbalise is a night for spoken word artists, novelists, storytellers, comedians and anyone with something to say.

Open mic performers must signed up on the door to get up to four minutes on the mic.

This month the guests are Mel Fox and Colin Reynolds.

The event will start at 7.30pm and tickets are priced between £3-6.

9 Go through your wardrobe and bring along clothes you no longer wear to the Kendal Masonic Hall for their 'Great Shwaperoo' event.

On Friday between 4pm-8pm, you can try before you buy and purchase garments for under £1, or do a direct swap.

The event is free and drinks will be on sale.

10 Head to Kendal Leisure Centre on Sunday at 2pm to enjoy Junior Splash Time with floats.

This is a mixed-gender activity which lasts for 55 minutes and is suitable for participants of all levels aged eight and over.
