A BARROW man is due to go on trial accused of failing to attend community service.
Peter John Cunliffe, of Holebeck Road, denies failing to provide evidence to reasonably excuse his attendance on October 5 of last year.
The 49-year-old was given a community order with an unpaid work requirement at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in December 2018.
Cunliffe will go on trial at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The case will be tried by the Probation Service.
