APPEAL: Police launch investigation after paint attack
TWO male youths threw tins of paint off a multi-storey car park in Barrow.
Police have launched an investigation after a number of youths threw paint off a car park in Barrow which landed on members of the public.
The incident occurred on Monday January 13 at approximately 1pm in Barrow town centre.
