A BARROW man has pleaded not guilty to drink-driving.
Paul James Slowey, of Highfield Road, is accused of driving with an alcohol level over the limit.
The 46-year-old appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
He is alleged to have had 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath while driving an Audi in Highfield Road on January 2.
Slowey, who was represented by Liz Phizacklea, will return to the court on February 3 for the trial.
He was granted unconditional bail until then.
