SCENE: Lancaster Street, Dalton
A MAN was arrested after police were called to a disturbance at a house in Dalton.
At around 8.30pm on Monday night police were called to an address in the Lancaster Street area.
Police attended and a 34-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of affray.
He remains in custody.
Lancaster Street, Cleator Street and Hope Street were closed for a short time as a public safety precaution.
No one was hurt in the incident. Police are not looking for anyone else in connection.
