A MAN has appeared in court following an alleged firearms incident in Bootle on Friday night.
Brian Capstick, 48, of Ecclefechan, was charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear or violence.
He appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court on Monday and was remanded in custody until January 13 at Preston Crown Court.
