Serious road incident in Askam
A DRIVER has suffered what are believed to be serious injuries after a crash this morning.
Police were called to Lots Road, Askam, at 8.55am.
A spokesman said it appears a Citroen car collided with a parked car or cars.
One casualty – a woman in her 50s, the driver of the Citroen, has suffered what are believed to be serious injuries.
Paramedics and firefighters are at the scene.
Any witnesses are asked to contact police referencing incident 32 of today.
