A Whitehaven man has ended up with a hefty court bill.
Marc Wright, 37, of Crummock Avenue, pleaded guilty to two charges before Workington magistrates.
The court heard Wright wilfully obstructed PC Buchanan in the execution of her duty on November 11 at Whitehaven, for which he was fined £80.
And on November 9 he was found in possession of a quantity of diamorphine at Whitehaven.
He was handed a further £120 fine and must pay £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
