A MAN accused of driving while over the legal limit for cannabis has pleaded not guilty.
Sadaqat Hussain, of Rupert Street in Nelson, denied committing the offence on March 7 in Bowness when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court last week.
The 39-year-old will go on trial on February 3.
