BARROW’S Dock Museum is showcasing decades’ worth of Cumbrian film in an exhibition that draws together photo and video material documenting the county’s coastline.
‘West Coast Photo’ pulls together the work of 27 different artists, photographers and filmmakers to examine the various ways the diverse character of this area - often overlooked in favour of the neighbouring Lake District - has been shot down the years.
The exhibition, which runs until January 15, features the work of renowned photographer Daniel Meadows.
The works showcased capture the stark beauty of West Cumbria’s scattered coastal towns and the ways its industry has shaped the landscape.
