Allsop confirmed the guide price is £200,000.
The listing states the property is let to Coral Racing Limited on a lease expiring 2031 and boasts an initial rental yield of 10.97 per cent at £19.873 per year with a fixed rental uplift to £21,941 per year in 2021.
