DAMAGE: A car was allegedly damaged by Gorbik
A MOTORIST has pleaded not guilty to crashing into a parked car while over the limit.
Police were called to Ramsden Street in Barrow at 7.10pm on October 23 after the driver of a Ford Focus collided with a parked Jaguar XF.
Damage was caused to the Jaguar.
Pavelas Gorbik, 28, of Longway, Barrow, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
Gorbik will stand trial at the same court on January 24.
