The Met Office says we could be in for snow in the coming weeks after predicting temperatures could drop below average.
A long-range forecast published by the Met Office said temperatures could drop below average between November 11 and 25.
The forecaster also said snow was possible on higher ground in the north during that time.
The forecast adds: "Some more settled spells are possible, with driest conditions most likely to be in the north and northwest of the UK." Temperatures could be near average by mid November.
