DOZENS of people attended a community event which brought organisations to help the older generation under one roof.
Age UK South Lakeland hosted a free ‘Fit for Life and Step Out and Dance’ Event at the Coronation Hall in Ulverston.
There was a wide range of information and advice available, including how to keep warm and well over winter, access to the charity's free tablet loan service, expert advice on hearing loss and tinnitus, health checks and blood pressure tests, plus an informative talk by Dignity in Dementia. Musical entertainment was provided by Ulverston Victoria High School's Jazz band
