A BARROW man is due to appear at crown court.
Connor Landsburgh, of Lord Street in Barrow, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
Mr Landsburgh denied being found in possession of a large hunting knife with a brown handle in the street in Dalton.
He pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards Shannon Heath with the intent that she would fear violence would be used towards her.
Both offences are alleged to have happened on Tuesday June 4.
The 23-year-old will appear at Preston Crown Court on November 8.
