THE house overlooking Dalton zoo which was the home of former owner David Gill has been reduced.
The five-bed detached home in Broughton Road was first put on the market in August 2018. It has since been reduced to £550,000.
The property, called Furness View, has an 11-metre indoor pool and jacuzzi, three en-suite bedrooms and the accommodation is on a split-level basis across two floors with a large living room overlooking the zoo.
It also has three garages, a private drive and a workshop.
