AN empty town centre shop unit is under offer.
The unit lies between Cash Generator and Angel Nails and Beauty in Barrow's Dalton Road.
It was isted online as being for sale for £125,000 and for rent for £12,500.
A sign on the shop says it is under offer.
Previously it had been advertised as let by estate agents Peill & Co.
Peill & Co described it as a 'prominently located shop, arranged over ground, first and second floors, situated close to the entrance to the Portland Walk shopping centre'.
