BUSINESS: Millom's businesses have come together
THE next meeting of a town council takes place next week.
Members of Millom Town Council will come together on September 25 to discuss issues in the area.
The meeting will take place at the Council Chambers and start at 7.30pm.
Among items listed on the agenda are updates from borough and county councillors as well as the latest announcements from the mayor, Angela Dixon.
Councillors are also due to discuss overnight parking in Haverigg car park, a remembrance service at HMP Haverigg and a request to plant a Christmas tree in the grounds of the Cenotaph.
They will also discuss the Network Centre and the library.
