A FUNDRAISING comedy night is due to take place next week. Barrow Comedy Club will return to the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel on Thursday September 19. A number of comedians will take to the stage at the event, including MC Ben Briggs, Mike Carter, Tom Evans and headliner Adam Staunton. Tickets can be purchased directly from the The Duke of Edinburgh Hotel in Abbey Road or online. All proceeds will be going to the local community radio station, CandoFM. Doors open at 7pm with the show getting started at 8pm.
