A WRITER will hold a workshop on how to write your life story or family history,
Caroline Gilfillan will visit Barrow Library later this month to talk about life writing.
Through writing exercises and the discussion of extracts participants will explore how to get going on a life story project.
Caroline Gilfillan has taught life writing for the Open University and in community settings.
She has previously published poetry and fiction and has an MA in creative writing from Lancaster University.
The session will cost £10 and include refreshments.
