PUPILS have returned to school to be greeted by a newly decorated learning hub.
Children at Dalton St Mary's C of E Primary School were excited to make use of the new facility.
The learning area feature and desk and a bright mural on the wall saying "Wonder is the beginning of wisdom".
Year Six teacher Miss Robinson said on Twitter: "We are BACK.
"We're putting our newly decorated learning hub to good use this morning, focusing on spellings.
"Meet three of our Y6 children.
"They were super excited to work in such a bright, colourful area."
She previously welcomed new Year Six pupils on social media, posting a picture saying: "Here they are. The NEW Y6 class. Ready to take on another busy, fun-filled year! I can't wait to get to know them even more."
