Town centre business owners have been invited to have their say at the next meeting of Barrow's Business Improvement District.

The BID is holding a meeting tomorrow to review the organised events held in the town centre over the course of 2019.

Business owners will be able to discuss the events and give feedback on how they felt they went, as well give views on how they could be improved for next year.

This year the BID held a number of marquee events.

The biggest was the Barrow Super Soapbox Challenge, which took place on June 29.

The second was the newly rebranded Festival of Transport.

A spokesman said: “The meeting is for town centre businesses who want to discuss this year’s Barrow BID managed town centre events and get involved in the 2020 events. This is for town centre business owners and managers only.”

The meeting starts at 6pm at Barrow Labour Club on Cavendish Street.
