POLICE have revealed why four cars were taped off in a Barrow street.
Officers said yesterday that four people were arrested for racially aggravated public order offences.
Police were called to the scene, in Crellin Street, at 11am on July 21.
Cumbria Police have now revealed that four men, two aged 25, a 24-year-old and a 32-year-old were released under investigation.
The cars were taped up so they were not ticketed, police said.
