COURTS: Robinson entered no plea
A MAN has been sentenced to 14 days in custody for breach of a community order.
Jack Beale, 22, who is currently in Preston Prison, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community order made by South Magistrates’ Court on May 20.
The order was imposed after Beale, a registered sex offender, admitted failing to notify police within three days that he had changed address.
The original offence for which he was sentenced in May occurred in Barrow between December 13 to 25, 2018, when Beale failed to inform police of his address.
