CRASH: Man charged with drink-driving after hit and run
A MAN has been charged in connection with driving whilst unfit through drink following an alleged hit and run in Barrow.
Police were called at around 8pm on Monday July 15 to the report of a fail to stop road traffic collision on Derby Street, Barrow.
The incident involved an Audi and a Corsa. Police said there were no injuries.
Michael Page, 64, of no fixed abode was charged in connection with driving whilst unfit through drink and failing to stop.
He is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on July 31.
