A DEVELOPER has submitted plans to build 46 new homes in Askam.
The application to Barrow Borough Council reveals the owner of the former Urofoam factory wants to build a mix of two- and three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced houses.
Access to the development, running adjacent to the railway line, would be via James Street and White Combe Way.
