A MAN has appeared in court charged with drunk and disorderly behaviour at a Lakes hotel.
Magistrates were told that Peter Harold Southworth, 49, was arrested by police in Windermere on June 10.
He pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court in Barrow on June 10.
Southworth, of Limont Road, Southport, was fined £315 by magistrates for his actions.
He was also told to pay a £31 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
